West Manatee Fire and Rescue District (District) intends to enter into a service-level agreement for the on-going maintenance and servicing of the District’s E-One branded and Seagrave fire apparatus, emergency fleet vehicles, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts with Matheny Motor Truck Company, Incorporated. 

 

This is not a request for bids or proposals. The District will not consider any responses as a bid, quote, or proposal. Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for determining whether bona fide competition exists. If it is determined by the District, after reviewing any information received from responding vendors, that single source justification stands, and that the commodities or contractual services are available only from a single source, the District shall enter into a service level agreement with Matheny Motor Truck Company, Incorporated. 

 

NOTICE TO VENDORS: If you believe you are qualified and capable of providing the required services, you may submit a written statement of qualifications and capabilities, along with sufficient detailed convincing documentation regarding the ability to supply an equivalent service before the close of business on April 16, 2026.
