General Project Scedule is the table below. A discepency was found on page stating "A Consultant's proposal must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on May 26, 2022 at the above referenced address." This statement is incorrect. The correct deadline for proposal submittals is June 2, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. as stated in page 4 section E.

Questions & Answers Regarding the Performance Review RFP

May 13, 2022 Q: What is the existing budget for this project?

A: Due to this being a new requirement for special districts in the state of Florida, West Manatee Fire & Rescue District has not established a budget for this review. The District plans to establish a budget for this review after the Fire Commissioners choose a vendor.

May 18, 2022 Q: On page four, section E, the proposal submission due date is listed as June 2, 2022 at 12 p.m.

On page 7, third paragraph there is the statement “. A Consultant’s proposal must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on May 26, 2022 at the above referenced address.”

Can you please advise the correct deadline date.

A: The correct deadline for proposal submittals is June 2, 2022 at 12 p.m.
